Barrister Executive Suites Win December Business Center of the Month Award

For over 40 years, Barrister Executive Suites has offered businesses a wide range of flexible office suites for lease throughout California, providing professional space in prime locations from Beverley Hills and Los Angeles, to San Diego and Santa Monica.

Barrister’s Corporate Center Pasadena, December’s Business Center of the Month award winner, is a modern business center located within a professional office building in the financial heart of Pasadena. The property itself boasts a LEED Gold Certificate, which recognises high levels of sustainability and a low carbon footprint.

Launched in 1995, the center offers superb views of the San Gabriel Mountains and has become a popular solution for clients seeking flexible lease options and virtual offices.

"It's an excellent place to work and play," comments Carrie Gates, Vice President - Leasing & Marketing at Barrister Executive Suites. "Here tenants have everything they need - they can conduct business, eat lunch, work out, get their car washed, do their banking, and get their clothes cleaned without even having to cross the street."

The center is managed by an on-site management team, which includes Suite Manager Toni Hernandez. As explained by Carrie, Toni has only recently come on-board at Pasadena but has already proved herself at Barrister’s Burbank location.

"Toni Hernandez is new to this center, having just transferred from our Burbank location where she was the manager for over 15 years - she was rated there as one of our best managers by the tenants."

Barrister are justifiably proud of their low employee turnover. All of their receptionists have been in employment for a minimum of three years - some for much longer. "The stability of the staff translates into a consistently high level of customer service for our tenants and their clients," adds Carrie.

Second to none

Social networking events are held either monthly or quarterly, which helps tenants to get to know each other and generate new business opportunities. In May, the center held a waffle breakfast with a toppings bar, and recognized all the mothers on the floor by giving them a pink flower, and in June there was a Hot Dog party in honor of Fathers Day.

"I think our tenants really enjoy the camaraderie and friendly atmosphere," says Carrie. "It’s nice to be around the other tenants and feel connected to the pulse of the business community."

Sales Consultant Dallas Parrott, who regularly works with the Pasadena center, commented on the excellent team who are "responsive" and efficient.

"I can see why the Pasadena center was this month’s winner," Dallas said.
