Wonderful support and services
American Success Mortgage owes part of its own success to this business center. I started out and steadily grew my business as a tenant there over a 7-year period, and the support systems and services were wonderful. To this day, I enjoy and maintain a close relationship with the center staff and management, and even though I have offices elsewhere, I use the center for occasional conference room and presentation needs.

Terrific place for commerce
What I like most about this center is the very strong sense of community that you feel the minute you walk through the door. It's a terrific place for commerce, and it has a warm and friendly atmosphere that is ideal for networking. I personally have business dealings with a number of neighbors on the floor. If I told you how many clients and associates that told me how much they love this place when they visited here, you just wouldn't believe me!

Like one BIG family
I looked into many places before establishing our business here. And what a good decision it was! There is a dynamic vibe both from the tenants and the center staff, and the offices are extremely well kept. We are like one BIG family and you can't help it but love going to work every day! We have networking parties and celebrations, free shoe shines, free manicures, free ice-cream in the summer and even free massages! Now, that makes for a pleasant office environment!

Friendly and professional support team
In a little over a year, our company grew from a 1-room/3-person operation, to a 20-room/40-person organization, in great part due to the friendly and professional support team at this business center; that allowed us to concentrate on successfully executing our business model.

Highly recommended

Part of the family
The staff have always gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the family. The way that they embrace and support all the organizations here, including our own, is tremendous, and that attentiveness translates to a more productive workday for our staff.

Caring, kind and committed
After 9/11, we needed a place to recover, and rebuild our business. Not only did this center provide us with a home for our business, but they were with us every step of the way during this difficult period. They even provided volunteers to go to our headquarters at ground zero, and help us pack up and move our belongings to their facilities. This center offers more than space, it offers a personalized, can-do attitude towards service which is even more valuable and certainly unique in my experience as a New Yorker. Our business survives and thrives today, in great part, due to their caring, kindness and commitment to seeing that their clients succeed.
