Great value in amazing location

I have been renting office space in this building since 2002. It was an excellent choice for my company. The building has a prime location in the heart of midtown with numerous restaurants and hotels within walking distance, easy access to major highways, a few blocks from the MARTA Arts Center Station (rapid rail service with direct access to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport). This is an older building, but it is very well maintained and has excellent management. On-site parking available, building security, and management is also located in the building so any issues are addressed quickly and professionally. Great value in an amazing location.
