Hampton Business Center Wins officebroker.com Award for October

October’s Business Center of the Month award goes to Hampton Business Center - a popular center located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.

Hampton Business Center first opened in 2009, and since then the team have been busy creating the ideal business environment for their clients. From boardrooms offering LCD TV technology to a professional greeting at reception, the center has come a long way in a relatively short time.

But what really stood out to Andy Haywood - officebroker.com's co-founder, President and award judge - was the excellent level of service offered by the Hampton team.

As Adrian explains, Hampton have also partnered up with local companies, including mobile car wash firms and food service suppliers, so that clients do not have to leave their offices - generating more time for them to focus on their businesses.

"We offer any service that you can think of!" said Adrian. "If clients forget their keys on a specific day we will provide them with a replacement free of charge. If clients need computer equipment, we can provide that for the day. If they need computer services we have an in-house IT specialist."

The center prides itself on its open-door policy to make clients feel more comfortable, and being owner-operated, any issues are always resolved immediately. As Adrian explains, there is also a friendly, family atmosphere at the center.

"We provide a casual environment," he said. "Most of our clients would agree that our Business Center is catered specifically for each business but maintains a family-oriented feeling to it."

To assist businesses that are experiencing difficulty in the aftermath of the recession, Hampton Business Center provides some great 'little extras' - including free tea and coffee all day, free breakfast on Fridays, and special offers for first-time clients. The team also answer all calls with personalized greetings for every client, free of charge.
