If you are looking for high quality, professional office space ready to go

I have worked in several shared office spaces in my career and in spite of how much I liked many of the ones I worked in, I don't think any would match the following standout features of City Gate:

1. Location - near I-88 and Rt 59. 2. Adjacent to Hotel. 3. Restaurant choices in the same building. 4. Work out facilities. 5. LEED certified building. 6. Contemporary design. 7. conference room quantity and quality of finishings superior to any other facilities visited. 8. Flexibility to transition as my company grows, even out of the shared facility into dedicated space. 9. Access to other Chicago area facilities. 10. Covered parking access included. 11. Spacious, open feel.

Best thing about this office: Contemporary design, professional decor, good quantity and quality of conference rooms all set in a LEED certified environmentally friendly building
