The impressive building has the distinction of being Tucson's first skyscraper and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The exterior stone work of the building continues throughout the lobby where giant hand painted murals show the Tucson area from prehistoric to Old West times. This two-floor center not only has views of the city and the mountains but is also just across the street from the court houses, government buildings, restaurants and amenities. The building itself allows for a great working environment with 24 Hour Access, car parking, conference rooms and high speed internet access. For your convenience there is also an air conditioning system and the opportunity to use this center as a virtual office for your business.

The office space is lovely. I was greeted with very pleasant reception. Stacey gave a very warm and confident tour of the facilities. The current businesses seemed very satisfied with the space.
