Dear Avital, Lauren and Team! I just wanted to take the time to express my deepest appreciation to the experience RE/Action International Inc. had with your turn- key office solution at 6th Ave. After searching Manhattan for over 6 months for a place to launch our company, we met with your team. It was clear from our first meeting that you have the best product, location and the team to suport all of our needs. All that was left for us was to show up at our new office with our PC's...:) Needless to say that as a business owner eliminating all the set up hassles and challenges was an unbelievable experience! We felt welcome and well taken care of and the most suprising part was we never imagined this would last, to our delight it never ended (even after we signed the lease and paid our rent :)) A day does not go by without me telling somone about our great experiance with you and how you have seperated yourselves from any competition by just being humans with a big heart and desire to serve your clients. I am the President of Aavis Resources, a staffing firm that provides support staff to C level executives. We moved into this center on Avenue of the Americas a few months ago. We love the beautiful offices. The environment is clean, fresh and modern. The staff is superior. For 20 years we had our own space (not in an executive suite.) This is a new experience for us. This has turned out to be terrific for the following reasons: The support staff is great: I don’t have to worry about dealing with the hiring and managing of receptionist and administrative assistants. The IT support is excellent. I never have to put H20 in the h20 cooler. My clients have been happy to come here. We get many compliments on our space. I never have to sit at the reception desk when the receptionist is not in. I never have to refill the cartridge at the copy machine or replace ink cartridges. I never have to supervise the cleaning of the refrigerator. The provided phone system is excellent state of the art. This is an upgrade from what I previously owned. I cannot believe I did not do this sooner. This is great for my business!

Support has been stellar all along the way
We've got a growing consulting practice, however, with times like this every dollar counts and who wants to give up anything? We were lucky enough to discover and quickly move to this center earlier this year. I'm happy to report it's been everything advertised in the "sell" process, which if you are a tenant seeking an office suite you know is rarely the case. The location is great and the cost better than competitive (in part as we are now not forced to pay for the very over priced bells & whistles other office hq's include). Support has been stellar all along the way and senior personnel (including the firm president!) proactively interact on unresolved issues (even if small; the issues are small to others, but big for us as without getting them resolved we're slowed greatly). They CARE about you and genuinely appreciates your business allowing us to best focus on ours!

Couldn't be happier
Our firm could not be happier with our decision to move our offices to the client center at Avenue of the Americas. Not only does the space present itself well, but the support staff could not be more helpful and capable. We experienced many IT problems at our last building and are thankful to no longer have that concern. We are proud of our new home!

Modern and professional
When we had to relocate our office space in early 2010, we knew we needed something affordable and reasonably close to our prior location. New York City Office Suites provided a package that included the office rental, phones, fax and internet, as well as options for administrative assistance if needed. Dollar for dollar, moving here saved our company money. We’re continually impressed with the modern and professional service at this center. They certainly provide a value added service to any small business. In addition, they allow our company to project a higher degree of professionalism/image to our clients and prospective clients.

Our company has found a home at Avenue of the Americas
Starting a business is a daunting task; especially in New York City. Finding office space can be an arduous and expensive task. Luckily for us, after weeks of searching, we came to the new Plaza location at Avenue of the Americas. The space provides us with all the integral components we were looking for in an office suite: class A building, affordability, space, lease flexibility, and unparallel personal and client services. Since we’ve moved in we have already renewed our lease and upgraded to a new office. Why lock ourselves into a long term lease at an expense per square foot cost when our business can grow and evolve with NYC office suites? They have the ability to be flexible on our lease terms and provide us with expanded space as our business continues to grow. Our company has found a home at Avenue of the Americas and we look forward to continuing what has been a tremendous working relationship for a long time to come.

These offices are in a very sought after area of New York, in Manhattan’s Central Business District. Surrounded by many large corporations, amenities and transport links, the property can easily be accessed by car, bus and train. A range of shops, restaurants, boutiques and parks are within easy walking distance, as well as stations. The Plaza District is also home to many of the best hotels in the world, including the Peninsula, the St. Regis, and The Plaza!
