Spring Venture Group, an online insurance comparative company, have confirmed they will be moving to new office space in Kansas City, and will be adding 150 new jobs. The group was recently awarded a $1.8 million tax incentive for the Promoting Employment Across Kansas.

Developer seeks to add office space to former Borders building

In early 2007, the Borders in downtown Boulder relocated to the Twenty Ninth Street mall, until they closed their doors earlier this year. Since 2007, their former building at 1600 Pearl Street has sat mostly vacant. Property owner, J Nold Midyette, is currently putting together plans to add a third floor of office space to the Boulder building.

Debt services firm subleased Frisco office space
