Microsoft moves to new Albany space

Software giant Microsoft announced this week they will be moving their Albany office space to new digs downtown. The office will replace their current space located at 11 N. Pearl St.

The new space consists of 5,200 square feet of usable office space, with an additional training area for Microsoft clients. After reviewing company requirements, up to 20 employees will be able to work from the new location. It has also been confirmed that Microsoft invested $1 million in the new facility.

Microsoft will beginning the likes of both QED National, an information technology firm, and WhoSay, “a celebrity-focused, invitation-only social media company.”
