Addison harbors geographical advantage

With recent construction along the LBJ Highway, demand for office space in Addison is on the rise.
As road work continues indefinitely, more and more people are moving as far away from the construction as possible, which puts them just north of the LBJ corridor and south of George Bush Turnpike.
“That construction along LBJ has weighed heavily on decision makers,” said Mike Wyatt, executive director for Cushman & Wakefield. “They are trying to go north of the Galleria area, away from the blighted areas along the LBJ corridor and wastelands of concrete.”
According to the Dallas Business Journal, rental rates have started to stabilize and even increase along the Tollway.
