Executive suite rental expert officebroker.com has recently added a customer review facility to its website, allowing clients to leave feedback following an office tour.

Since December 2009, officebroker.com has been inviting clients to leave feedback of the offices they have toured or recently moved into, in a bid to provide a more user-friendly experience for customers searching for office space in the US.
Research suggests that customer reviews help clients to make a more informed decision during the search process, and word-of-mouth feedback is widely considered to be one of the most effective and trusted forms of communication available.
The system was first launched on officebroker.com's UK website in November 2009 and, following a successful trial, the facility was then added to the US website the following month. It has been well-received and is now attracting reviews from clients seeking US office space on a daily basis.
Good and Bad Points
During the feedback process, users are actively encouraged to leave both positive and negative comments, as the system asks for the 'Best things' and 'Worst things' about the office space. There is also a free text box so that authors can include their opinions of relevant features such as location, first impressions, cleanliness, and facilities.
Other features include a 'star rating', ranging from 1 star up to a maximum of 5, which enables clients to have an 'at a glance' view of the overall performance of the office space.
Office providers also benefit from the system, as any negative feedback is fed directly back to the business center owner or manager, to enable weaker areas to be improved.
Since the launch of the feedback system in December, the comments have become invaluable to officebroker.com's training procedures, and are now being used as a training tool to help fine-tune processes and customer service.
