Three successful years, four expansions and a rapidly growing team spell big changes for officebroker.com...

The new home of officebroker.com
officebroker.com is on the move. Since 2006 the company has helped thousands of businesses to find office space all across the US and around the world from their base in Carrollton. But thanks to a successful three years in the US, a healthy surge in business and an expanding staff force, all that is about to change.
On Saturday, July 11th, officebroker.com moved into new offices on Ford Road in Dallas. Although the new office is only a few miles away from the previous location, this relocation represents a huge step forward for officebroker.com.
Andy Haywood, President of officebroker.com, attributes much of the company's future plans to the new offices:
"We extended officebroker.com into the US back in 2006, and we've already had four expansions since then. While our previous office was a good starting base, we finally outgrew the space and needed to find a bigger area for our growing number of staff. We're anticipating further growth over the coming years, so our new office will enable us to keep moving up and reach out to more businesses across the US."
Home to some of the world's largest corporate headquarters, Dallas offers an excellent location for officebroker.com to build on their current success. The new office space on Ford Road is five times the size of that in Carrollton - offering quite literally huge potential for continued growth and a pleasant working environment for staff.
A new VOIP telecommunications system has been installed to help staff deal with the increased levels of inquiries. The system also gives greater access to trends in call statistics, which will ultimately improve the way staff deal with inquiries, and help the team to offer a more relevant and targeted approach for businesses seeking office space.
The officebroker.com team now has the opportunity to modernize their new space. Being able to reformat the office and customize it, according to the size and shape of the workforce, is paramount to keeping employees content at work - something which officebroker.com's team of workplace experts know all about.
"We've only been here a short while, but we've got great plans and we're looking forward to making it our own," says Andy Haywood. "It will help us to establish permanent roots here in Dallas, as we're certainly not planning on going anywhere."
